JEST SZANSA NA REMONT KOŚCIOŁA

Rządowy Program Odbudowy Zabytków jest to Program ogłoszony prze poprzedni rząd, który ma wesprzeć samorządy w poprawieniu stanu, odbudowie i remontach obiektów zabytkowych przyczyniając się tym samym do poprawy ich stanu i uchroni przed degradacją i niszczeniem.

Program dopuszcza finansowanie obiektów posiadających wpis do ewidencji lub rejestru zabytków i będących w posiadaniu jednostki samorządu terytorialnego lub jednostki organizacyjnej podległej jednostce samorządu terytorialnego.

Program kierowany został bezpośrednio do jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, a za ich pośrednictwem również do innych podmiotów zobowiązanych do opieki nad zabytkami. Dofinansowanie planowano na realizację zadań inwestycyjnych związanych z ochroną zabytków i opieką nad zabytkami. Celem tych prac mogą prace konserwatorskie, restauratorskie i roboty budowlane przy zabytku prowadzone przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego albo na udzielenie dotacji samorządowej na takie prace.

Dofinansowanie z Programu może wynieść maksymalnie 98% wartości inwestycji, a minimalny wkład własny – 2%.

Wnioski będą mogły być składane w aplikacji Polski Ład udostępnionej przez BGK, w jednej z trzech kategorii:
•    do 150 000 zł
•    do 500 000 zł
•    do 3 500 000 zł

Złożony przez Parafię w Nowosielcach wniosek uzyskał aprobatę na dofinansowanie w wysokości ponad 400 tyś. złotych. Aktualnie w efekcie złożenia dokumentacji projektowej uzyskane zostało pozwolenie na budowę. Spełnione zostały wszelkie formalności do przygotowania przetargu i wyłonienia wykonawcy robót. Część działań należy obecnie do jednostki samorządowej – Urzędu Gminy w Zarszynie.
